The manse is located next door to Culross Abbey. It is a three storey stone dwelling with outstanding views over the River Forth and stands in its own walled grounds with access driveway and turning space and a single garage. It has a secluded garden to the rear and area of lawn to the front.

The ground floor consists of two large rooms, a kitchen, utility room and toilet. The first floor contains a sitting room, three bedrooms and a bathroom/shower room. On the second floor, there are four further bedrooms, bath/shower and toilet. The building has been regularly maintained and is being further upgraded during the vacancy.

There are a number of shops and small businesses within the Parish, and more extensive shopping facilities are available within a ten-mile radius in Dunfermline, Alloa, and Falkirk.
