We look forward to welcoming you and your family to our worship!

What to Wear
Members and visitors to our church who attend our Sunday morning services wear everything from casual or business casual to a suit and tie or dress.

Those attending services and meetings at times other than Sunday morning are very relaxed and casually dressed. Nevertheless, come just as you are. You are always welcome.

What To Expect

Once you arrive, greeters (wearing ‘welcome’ badges) will be readily available to help you or you and your family get settled.

If there’s anything you’re not sure of - they will be delighted to advise.
They will welcome you and give you a copy of our church newsletter (“Catch-up”) and an order of service sheet which gives the words of all the hymns we sing that day, as well as guidance about standing and sitting. Please feel free to sit anywhere in the church.

We stand as the Bible is brought into the church, and we remain standing for our gathering praise. We are seated for prayer, and stand for praise.
We stand as the offering is dedicated, and remain standing for our final hymn, the Blessing, and then as the Bible is taken out of the Church.

Services (about an hour) usually follow this pattern:

Gathering Praise
Welcome
Prayers of Adoration and Confession, with a declaration of forgiveness
Praise
Scripture Readings (Revised Common Lectionary)
Praise
Sermon
Music meditation
Prayers of Thanksgiving, Intercession and Commemoration
Offering & Dedication
Praise
Blessing

Members of our church family share in reading the scriptures in worship each Sunday.

We use the Good News Bible.
